Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

  •  Refunds may be issued if the Service Provider fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as per the project requirements.

  • Refunds will not be issued if the customer changes project requirements or cancels the project after the work has commenced.

Refund Process

  • Customers must submit a refund request within a specified timeframe after the service delivery date.
  • Bayleaf Service Hub will review the refund request and may require additional information or evidence from both the customer and the Service Provider.
  • Bayleaf Service Hub will make the final decision on refund eligibility based on the provided information.
